Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. The following cancellation policy applies to all bookings made with Neo Classic Cruise and Tours.

1. Cancellation by Customer

More than 48 Hours Before Departure

  • Customers are eligible for a refund after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges and processing fees.

Between 24 and 48 Hours Before Departure

  • Cancellation charges will apply.
  • Either a fixed cancellation fee or a percentage of the booking amount may be deducted from the refund amount depending on the trip category and operational commitments.

Within 24 Hours of Departure

  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time.

No Show

  • Failure to report for boarding on time will be treated as a “No Show.”
  • No refund or rescheduling will be provided in such cases.

2. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to seat availability and operational approval.
  • Neo Classic reserves the right to apply rescheduling charges depending on the timing of the request and trip category.

3. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Neo Classic

Neo Classic may cancel, delay, shorten, or reschedule trips due to:

  • adverse weather conditions,
  • rough sea conditions,
  • heavy rain or strong winds,
  • tide-related operational limitations,
  • technical issues,
  • government or maritime authority restrictions,
  • safety concerns,
  • insufficient passenger count,
  • or any other unavoidable operational circumstances.

In such situations, customers will be offered either:

  • a rescheduled trip, or
  • a refund as per company policy.

If the trip continues to operate through an alternative approved route or modified operational plan due to sea/weather restrictions, the booking shall be treated as an operated trip and will not qualify for cancellation or refund on the basis that the cruise did not enter the sea.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take approximately 10–15 business days depending on banking and payment gateway procedures.
  • Payment gateway charges, convenience fees, and other non-recoverable transaction charges are non-refundable.

5. How to Request Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted through official communication channels with booking details included.

6. Force Majeure

Neo Classic shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, route modifications, or operational interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or maritime authority directives.
