Welcome to Neo Classic Cruise and Tours (“Neo Classic,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking any cruise, tour, or related service through our website, agents, partners, or any other booking channel, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to seat availability and operational approval.
- Full payment is required to confirm a booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Booking confirmation will be shared through email, WhatsApp, SMS, or other official communication channels.
- Neo Classic reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in case of operational, safety, legal, or technical concerns.
2. Minimum Passenger Requirement
- Certain trips may require a minimum number of passengers to operate.
- If the required minimum passenger count is not achieved, Neo Classic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the trip.
- In such cases, customers will be informed in advance and will be offered either:
- a full refund, or
- the option to reschedule to another available trip.
3. Weather, Sea & Operational Conditions
- All cruise operations are subject to weather conditions, tide conditions, port authority permissions, Coast Guard instructions, and marine safety regulations.
- Even if a trip is scheduled and confirmed in advance, timings, routes, boarding points, or cruise operations may change depending on:
- heavy rain,
- strong winds,
- rough sea conditions,
- tidal variations,
- technical or operational safety requirements,
- restrictions imposed by maritime authorities.
- In certain situations, sea cruises may not be permitted to enter the sea or operate beyond designated limits due to adverse weather or safety instructions. In such cases, Neo Classic may continue operating the trip within permitted inland/backwater routes or alternative safe operational zones. Such operational route changes shall not be considered a cancellation, and customers will not be eligible for a refund solely because the cruise could not enter the sea.
- Neo Classic shall not be held liable for delays, route changes, shortened routes, or operational modifications caused by weather conditions, tide conditions, maritime authority restrictions, or safety requirements.
4. Reporting Time & Boarding
- Passengers must arrive at the boarding point at least the specified reporting time before departure.
- Failure to report on time may result in denied boarding without refund.
- Valid identification may be required during boarding.
5. Passenger Conduct
- Passengers are expected to behave responsibly and follow all safety instructions provided by the crew.
- Neo Classic reserves the right to deny boarding or remove any passenger whose behavior may affect safety, operations, staff, or other guests.
- Any damage caused by passengers to cruise property or equipment may result in additional charges.
6. Payments
- Payments can be made through Razorpay and other officially accepted payment methods.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless the booking is already confirmed.
- Applicable taxes and payment gateway charges may be added where required.
