• Bookings will be confirmed only if at least 100 passengers are booked. Otherwise, your payment will be refunded 10–15 days before the trip.

• Services are rendered as per the itinerary mentioned during booking.
• Neo Classic reserves the right to modify routes, schedules, or vessels due to weather or operational conditions without prior notice.

• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Proper ID proof is mandatory during check-in.

• Guests must follow safety instructions and crew guidelines at all times.
• Neo Classic reserves the right to deny service in case of unruly behavior or safety concerns.

• Neo Classic is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by natural calamities, government restrictions, or force majeure events.
• Passengers are responsible for their belongings; we are not liable for loss or theft.
