- Changing conditionsWeather, tides, rough sea and maritime directions can change times, routes, boarding points or whether a vessel enters the sea. We may sail an approved inland route instead.
- If a trip changesIf we cancel a trip, our policy explains rescheduling and refund options. An operated alternative route does not count as a cancellation by itself.
Questions
Questions about your cruise
Quick answers to help you plan with confidence.
Still have a question?
Call us and our Kochi team will help you plan.
How long is a cruise?
Sunset and dinner cruises sail for three to four hours; the backwater cruise sails every hour for one hour; speed-boat rides take about fifteen minutes.
Do I need to book in advance?
Weekend and holiday sailings sell out, so book online to hold your seats. Weekday sailings usually have seats on the day.
Is food included?
Dinner and lunch cruises include the meal. Evening and sunset cruises offer a dinner add-on at booking. The hourly backwater cruise serves tea and snacks.
Are children and infants charged?
Children pay the child fare shown on each cruise. Infants travel free and are counted for safety.
Can we hire the whole boat?
Yes. Every vessel can be chartered for a private event; see Private charter for sizes and from-prices.
What happens if it rains?
Covered decks sail in light rain. If the harbour authority halts sailings, you choose another date or a full refund.
Is the cruise safe for non-swimmers?
Yes. Life jackets are provided for every guest, the crew is trained, and the vessels are licensed and inspected.
Can I pay at the jetty?
Yes, at the counter, subject to seats. Online booking guarantees your seats.
